Star Wars: Dark Days

Welcome to Star Wars: Dark Days

The Republic is dead. The Empire has risen.
The galaxy is changing.

18 BBY - The Imperial Era

It is 18 BBY, scarcely a year since the Clone Wars ended and the Galactic Republic was transformed into the Galactic Empire. The Jedi Order has been broken, its survivors hunted across the stars, while Emperor Palpatine's forces tighten their grip on a galaxy still reeling from years of war.

The Empire is powerful, but its control is not yet absolute. The old Republic has left scars, secrets and enemies behind, and rebellion has not yet become the organised movement history will remember.

The Galactic Empire

Across thousands of worlds, the new Imperial order is taking shape. Officers, soldiers, agents and politicians serve a regime determined to bring the galaxy under its control.

The Imperial Venator IS Ravager is one small part of that growing machine. For those aboard her, service to the Empire may mean duty, ambition, security, power — or simply survival.

Across the Galaxy

But Dark Days is not only the story of Jedi, Sith and the Galactic Empire.

Beyond the Core, life goes on. Senators and governors navigate a rapidly changing political landscape. Traders, farmers, refugees, smugglers, bounty hunters and criminals carve out lives in a galaxy that no longer belongs to them.

There are credits to be made, cargo to move, people to find, secrets to uncover and countless worlds waiting beyond the next hyperspace jump.

Independent Stories

Independent crews such as those aboard the Wayfarer's Promise take the jobs respectable people won't — and sometimes ask fewer questions than they should.

They have no Empire behind them, no great cause protecting them and no guarantee that the next job will end with credits in their pockets rather than blaster fire at their backs.

Power Politics and Intrigue

Not every battle is fought with a blaster. Senators, governors, officials, diplomats and influential citizens must decide how far they will bend as the freedoms of the Republic disappear around them.

Alliances matter. Secrets have value. A conversation behind a closed door can change the fate of a world as surely as a fleet in orbit.

The Galactic Underworld

For smugglers, bounty hunters, mercenaries and outcasts, the changing galaxy offers opportunity.
Borders create smugglers. Fugitives create bounty hunters.
Wars leave weapons, desperate people and unfinished business behind.

The Force Still Lingers

And despite everything the Empire has done, the Force has not disappeared.

The Jedi have fallen, but not every survivor was found. Force-sensitive beings still exist throughout the galaxy — some hiding what they are, some barely understanding it, and others being hunted because of it.

Force-user characters are limited and subject to game approval.

Your Story - Your Choices

Your character does not have to save the galaxy.

Serve the Empire. Fight against it. Stay neutral. Command a starship. Run cargo through the Outer Rim. Hunt fugitives. Enter politics. Protect your family. Chase credits. Hide what you are. Explore forgotten worlds. Uncover ancient secrets.

Or simply try to survive long enough to see what the galaxy becomes next.

There are no easy heroes here.
No simple villains.

These are the Dark Days.
Survive them.

Dark Days Continues

The galaxy has changed.

The Republic has fallen. The Jedi Order has been shattered. The Clone Wars are over, but peace has not followed.

Instead, the Galactic Empire has risen.

And Star Wars: Dark Days continues.

We are pleased to announce that Dark Days has moved to its new dedicated NOVA site, giving the game a home of its own as we continue the story already underway.

This is not a reboot.

The characters, relationships, choices and consequences that have shaped the story so far remain part of our continuity. Everything that has happened matters, and the…

Mission: Coruscant
Posted on Wed Sep 30th, 2026 @ 2:04pm by Senator Kriton Delratta & Senator Selena T’eeda HRH

A few weeks had gone by since Kriton and Selena had returned to the Senate, after visiting his homeworld. And in that time, they had grown closer with each passing day. Their aides had secretly been very happy for the two senators, as it had been quite some time since either had seemed interested in anyone at all.

As the Senate was letting out for dinner, Kriton made his way to Selena's office, pressing the buzzer at the door. He nodded to a few of their passing colleagues as he waited for a response.

The door opened and her aide…

Mission: Daiyu
Posted on Wed Sep 30th, 2026 @ 1:51pm by Admiral Martius Ferris & Lieutenant Commander Genevia Linsbo

After his tense conversation with the Emperor, Martius had returned to the bridge, not letting it show how he was feeling. For his crew, he would always project the image of strict aristocratic poise. It was one of the things that the more junior crew had started to admire and idolize about him, his unwavering cool and level head, regardless of the situation.

Of course, inside, he was in knots.

The whole situation with the inquisitors was a bad taste in his mouth. He would much rather hunt down the criminals that were plotting against the Emperor and his plans…

Mission: Daiyu
Posted on Tue Sep 29th, 2026 @ 11:55pm by Inquisitor Second Sister

The Second Sister was growing increasingly irritated. Daiyu was a wretched hive of humanity and alien life, a sprawling labyrinth of streets, markets and elevated walkways that seemed designed to frustrate anyone attempting to navigate it. The crowds were relentless, the air thick with chemical fumes and the acrid smell of industrial waste. Everywhere she turned, another street vendor, transport vehicle or group of desperate refugees obstructed her path. And somewhere in this miserable city, she had lost her quarry. She stopped at an intersection, watching the crowds flowing around her. Somewhere ahead, an argument erupted between a pair of…

Mission: Daiyu
Posted on Thu Sep 3rd, 2026 @ 12:20am by Inquisitor Second Sister

Something was wrong. Second Sister stopped. Daiyu continued around her. Speeders screamed through the traffic lanes overhead. Neon advertisements crawled across the buildings. Somewhere below, music pounded from one of the entertainment districts while thousands upon thousands of people moved through streets that never truly slept. She ignored all of it. There. For the briefest instant. A presence. Her head turned. Not the woman. Not the one she'd fought. This was different. But unmistakable. The Force. Second Sister began walking.

Three levels below, Taren Voss knew he'd made a mistake. He felt her. Cold. Sharp. Searching. The former Jedi Knight…

Mission: Daiyu
Posted on Wed Sep 2nd, 2026 @ 11:38pm by Shipmaster Allore Titha & Chief Specialist Illenya Titha & Deckhand Kyle Titha & Deckhand Miran Titha

The Wayfarer’s Promise was right there. Illenya could see the freighter through the gaps between stacked cargo containers and the constant movement of repulsor carts crossing the starport. It sat several hundred metres away on its assigned pad, looking exactly like what it claimed to be: an independent cargo vessel preparing for departure. Fuel lines ran beneath its belly. A maintenance cart was parked beside one of the landing struts. Cargo handlers moved pallets toward neighbouring ships. Somewhere beyond the maze of loading bays, an engine coughed into life with a roar that briefly drowned out every other sound. Nothing…
